Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In original condition
* With all original tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Sale or discounted items
* Items damaged due to misuse
* Worn or washed products
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos).
